Matt Epple is a founder and principal at Contour Commercial, a commercial brokerage firm based in Austin, Texas. Prior to founding Contour, Epple was a partner at Weitzman, a full-service retail real estate firm, where he led a leasing team responsible for more than 10 million square feet of space in office and retail projects. Matt has been recognized multiple times as a CoStar Power Broker in Retail and a Heavy Hitter by the Austin Business Journal, including taking the #1 spot in 2019. Over the course of Matt’s career, he has represented many tenants including Chase Bank, Wingstop, Pizza Patron, and Anytime Fitness. He also represented many high-profile shopping centers including Capital Plaza, Shops at Arbor Trails, Shops at the Galleria, and the Hill Country Galleria. Epple has also been an active member of the Austin real estate community as a member of RECA and its Leadership Development Council, ULI and its Emerging Leaders group, UT REFIC, and ICSC.
